Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RefubBazar, we are committed to providing high-quality refurbished Laptops & Desktops backed by our warranty and a 7-day return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we aim to make your return or exchange experience as smooth as possible.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may return the refurbished laptop within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The laptop is in the same condition as when it was received (unopened, unused, and undamaged).
  • The laptop is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  1. Refunds
  • If you decide to return the machine within 7 days, we will offer a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned laptop.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist you. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will help you choose an alternative laptop, subject to availability.
  • The exchange process is handled within 7 days from the date of delivery, and the returned laptop must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on the location.
  1. How to Return or Exchange
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at enquiry@refubbazar.com or whatsApp at 9304158666 with your order details.
  • Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
  • Any laptop that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Products that are customized or personalized to the customer’s specifications.
  • Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
